Your mission_

  • Telephone customer service and support, also outside working hours
  • Planning and organization of the service technician team in coordination with logistics
  • Technical consulting (field operations)
  • Ensuring the technical and administrative functionality of the camera system
  • Complete documentation requirement
  • Correspondence with customers, suppliers and partners
  • Deadline monitoring

Your skills_

  • Completed technical/commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Technical understanding
  • Confident handling of Linux OS desirable
  • Ability to work in a team, communication and assertiveness skills
  • Good computer skills
  • High level of self-motivation and independent action
  • Good knowledge of English, other languages an advantage
  • Flexibility, organizational and communication skills
