Data processing when you visit our website
You can visit our website and find out more without having to provide any personal information. However, when you visit our site, your browser sends information to our website's server. The IP address of the requesting computer, date and time of access, name and URL of the retrieved file, the referrer URL as well as the browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider are stored. Payment services

Data processing when recording, streaming and retrieving amateur soccer matches on Staige.tvWhen amateur soccer matches are recorded by the Staige.tv camera on sports facilities, personal data (audiovisual recordings of game participants and spectators) is collected, stored and disseminated. These audiovisual recordings may be accompanied by advertising and made available live or with a time delay via the platform www.staige.tv or via other media platforms (including social networks) in full length or in excerpts.

The audiovisual recordings of the game participants are made available to registered members in the password-protected area, unless the interests of the persons depicted are obviously contrary to this in individual cases. These audiovisual recordings can be retrieved, edited and, if necessary, publicly reproduced by registered members for game preparation and game analysis purposes.

This processing is carried out for the purpose of documenting, transmitting and making available the sporting event, as well as for the exploitation and marketing of the recordings. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to enable appropriate reporting on amateur soccer as well as in the aforementioned commercial purposes.

Sharing data

Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. The only exceptions are our service partners, who we need to process the contractual relationship. We ensure that these are selected and controlled in compliance with legal regulations and are also required to comply with data protection and legal regulations.
