- You focus on mathematical optimization, model behavior, and maximizing the output quality of our AI systems
- You perform hyperparameter tuning and conduct in-depth model evaluations
- You develop and optimize the post-processing of model outputs using intelligent thresholding and filtering
- You guide our models towards near-production deployment and ensure their reliability
- You have a strong mathematical background (especially in optimization and statistics)
- You are proficient in Python and common libraries such as NumPy, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
- You have solid experience in hyperparameter tuning and systematic model evaluation (Precision/Recall, FP/TP analysis)
- You are proficient in the practical post-processing of outputs (thresholding, filtering)
- You optionally have experience with CLIP or similar models, embeddings, and similarity scoring
- Ideally, you have knowledge of prompt-based image/text models as well as anomaly detection / scoring systems
- You optionally have experience with production-ready AI systems (especially monitoring and drift detection)
- You have very good German language skills
