- You will operate and further develop our Kubernetes-based platform for video management and AI analysis in customer environments, including air-gapped installations.
- You will be responsible for our GitOps workflows, including update strategies, versioning, and rollback concepts.
- You will automate the provisioning and configuration of IP camera fleets.
- You will operate and optimize streaming, messaging, and database components in conjunction with GPU inference workloads.
- You will manage storage connectivity and retention concepts for high-volume video recordings.
- You will translate security and compliance requirements into robust technical concepts—from encryption and certificate management to audit-proof logging, system hardening, and controlled patch management.
- You have strong expertise in Linux, Kubernetes, and modern deployment workflows (GitOps, CI/CD)
- You are proficient in working with containers, automation, and infrastructure-as-code or configuration management
- You have experience with video streaming technologies or the willingness to get up to speed quickly
- You have a foundational understanding of network technology and IT security (TLS, certificates, network access control) and enjoy working at the interface with security teams
- Ideally, you have already worked with IP cameras, message brokers, databases, or GPU workloads in Kubernetes
- You have practical experience in environments with high security or compliance requirements (e.g., critical infrastructure, government agencies, regulated industries)
- You prefer pragmatic, tailored solutions over unnecessary complexity and prefer to test hypotheses empirically rather than just discussing them
