- You will lead our Web team, which is responsible for the web interface as well as the frontend and backend of our video management system (VMS). This includes full-stack development, DevOps, and our field engineers.
- You will provide technical guidance to the developers on your team, coach them, and support their professional growth.
- You will organize, prioritize, and plan the backlog and tickets, including effort estimation and roadmap development.
- You will gather new requirements, develop technical concepts from them, and plan their implementation together with the team.
- You will make architectural decisions in collaboration with your team and oversee their implementation.
- You will be actively involved in hands-on development work.
- You will establish quality standards such as code reviews, automated testing, and clean code practices.
- You will coordinate with customers, interface partners, and other department heads.
- You have several years of experience as a team lead or tech lead and have already provided technical leadership, coaching, and professional development for developers.
- You have experience with agile backlog and ticket management, as well as effort estimation and roadmap planning.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.
- You have a solid understanding of modern frontend architectures and single-page applications, ideally with Angular.
- You have extensive experience in REST API design, software architecture, and microservice architectures.
- You have practical experience in making and implementing architectural decisions collaboratively within a team.
- You have experience in establishing quality standards such as code reviews, automated testing, and clean code practices.
- You develop with a security-first mindset and are familiar with secure coding and GDPR.
- You have experience coordinating with clients, interface partners, and other department heads.
- You have optional experience with event-driven systems (especially MQTT), CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, or video streaming (WebRTC, HLS).
- You have a very good command of German.
