Frequently asked questions for clubs_
General questions
-
-
To help you individually with all your questions about financing, please contact our sales team. Our colleagues can help you with all aspects of the topic.
-
No, this is not possible. A K2 or K2M camera is required to use Staige Coach.
-
No. Sport is lived on the field! There is no substitute for chips and beer on the pitch. Our experience shows: The clubs gain even more popularity through our camera system and can thus increase their spectator numbers.
Monetisation questions
-
SStaige offers you various ways to generate revenue. These include, above all, the functions of Staige Plus: club sponsorship, digital perimeter advertising and a paywall.
-
At the moment, you still have to contact us. We will then activate the paywall for the desired games. With the release of our new Backstaige Managing-Tool, this will change soon. You as a club will then be able to activate the paywall for individual matches on your own.
-
Your fans can pay with Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay and by credit card. We cannot offer PayPal directly – but it can be stored as a payment option via Google Pay and Apple Pay.
-
Our technical support is available to you for this purpose. Complaints from your fans can be handled by our experienced customer service via the contact form. This is particularly available at weekends during match times.
-
That is up to you alone in the club. Our experience shows that fans are willing to pay 5 – 10 € to watch a good match in the stream.
-
Season ticket holders are an important pillar of every club. These are activated for the respective home matches with the agreement of the club.
-
Yes! Every club is free to market its digital advertising boards as it sees fit.
Technology
-
We recommend installing the K2 camera on the floodlight mast or on the grandstand. The camera should hang as centrally as possible next to the pitch in order to have the best view of the game.
-
Manual operation during the game is not necessary. The game is automatically recorded and streamed via AI.
-
The camera switches on and off automatically. You enter your game data in the backend, the camera starts streaming before the game and switches off again after the game.
-
To ensure a stable stream, at least 15 Mbit/s are required. More is always better, of course.
